Consistent metric navigation between sections ✔

We have introduced a new button to our metric views that allows for more consistent navigation between sections. In the analysis section, metric cards on a dashboard, expanded metrics on a dashboard, and the discover preview page, you can now use the 'Open in' button to view the same metric in any of the other sections.
