Custom metrics are now available in discover section 🙌🏼

The discover section now includes all of your custom metrics! When you are creating a dashboard, you can choose from your custom metrics too which saves a lot of time. Custom metrics also have their own detail page and a dedicated URL which you can use for sharing purposes. There are filters on the left-hand side to view all metrics, only default metrics and only custom metrics.

Identify insights connected profiles in drop-down menu 🔎

When selecting a profile in the drop-down menu you'll now see an insights icon indicating it is connected to insights. With this improvement, you'll be able to easily see which profiles you can analyze when you select any private statistic metrics.

Instagram stories historic data now available 🎊

If you are analyzing Instagram stories, you'll be happy to read the following! It is now possible to analyze historical data on Instagram stories.

From today onward, every 30 minutes, our system will import the data for your currently active stories and save them to our database. So when a story expires, the data will be saved with at least near-final performance numbers.

Custom metrics now display the social network icon

If you have any custom metrics, they will now display their relevant social network icons as a primary icon (i.e Facebook icon). A secondary icon will be shown to distinguish them as custom metrics. This will be displayed on the right side of the metric name.

Warning message to prevent unsaved changes in metric builder ⚠️

It might happen that you accidentally close a tab before saving a metric, therefore this new warning will come in handy to prevent losing any changes. Closing the browser, a tab or clicking on a different section a warning will appear asking if you are sure you want to leave the page.

Chart type visualization in drop-down menu 📊📈

When selecting a chart type visualization in the drop-down menu, you will now see an image of how the chart type looks like. As we offer many chart types they are listed in alphabetical order and related charts are grouped together.
